It is one of my favorite plants and it is also my favorite scent for lotions, creams, and soaps. Strangely enough, over the last few years, it has been harder and harder to find. Even Bath & Body Works has limited carrying their version to a few months during the year. I have ordered a few different brands online, but none have the luxurious scent I’m looking for.

This made me think about making my own gardenia body cream. Making my own would make it possible to control the quality and the scent. Plus, it seems like a lot of fun!
