I love everything about them. Like many people, I started using a Kindle a few years ago for convenience, but also for space. My bookshelves are packed full of almost everything I have read: classic novels, thrillers, mysteries, romances, and probably every textbook I’ve every owned!

For several years, I have wanted to start bookbinding. It’s a way to combine my passion for books with my passion for craft. I have even saved the leather from an old chair (it finally broke beyond repair) to use for the outer cover.

Binding your own book isn’t practical in the commercial sense, but it would make a wonderful gift for someone you love. Check out this video to see how easy it can be to do at home!
